We are pleased to announce that at JM Security Systems we are celebrating our tenth anniversary with a pledge to train more home-grown engineers.
We are an award-winning company, which looks after security and alarm systems for companies from our Summer Lane headquarters, where we made the promise at a special event to mark our ten-year milestone.
Mary Vadaie, JM Security Systems Business Development Manager, said: “The company has grown considerably over the past ten years and now employs 25 staff. We’ve taken on three trainee engineers already this year, and are looking at offering further traineeships over the next few months.
“With strategic plans in place to grow the business further, we want to ensure that young people have the opportunity to train so that they can learn a skill, get recognised qualifications and enjoy a career in this very competitive industry.”
“It’s an exciting time for JM Security Systems and we are eager to grab the opportunity to become bigger and better.”
Over the past couple of years, as a company we have invested in a new 6,000 sq ft state-of-the-art headquarters, complete with an interior-designed customer showroom where our expert team can demonstrate to clients the various products that are available and how each one works. We have also invested in new IT infrastructure, allowing for paperless real time updates and reporting.
Some of our clients include Co-operative Food, Barnardo’s, GSF Car Parts, Plastic Omnium and Stoke City FC.
