Response Time
These days a lot of emergency work is done remotely, reducing waiting time & cost for our clients and the repair is done in minutes not hours. Of course, we spend a lot of time on client’s sites, the vast majority of our maintenance is prescheduled and changes as well as proactive maintenance, but when the worst happens our clients need to know how quick we can get to them.
Our engineers are always fully equipped. When there is an emergency or network down, we will respond as quickly as humanely possible.
99.9% of our inbound calls are responded to within the set guidelines of our industry standards – SSAIB.
First time Fix 99.9%
Delivering positive outcomes for clients is a top priority for any high-performing field service company, and one effective way to drive client satisfaction is by monitoring First-Time Fix Rate.
Today, clients in every industry are placing convenience at the top of their wish lists. And, as expectations in client experience increase across all industries, the competition to deliver convenience is stronger than ever. For field service management, it’s no exception.
Free Security Audit
JM Security Systems will undertake a detailed Security Audit, that will assess your security risks and determines the level of protection required for your building.
When proposing a new system or upgrade to any elements of your existing security system, we will assess your levels of risk and work within your budget.
When working with clients, we ensure that we consider any Environmental, Health and Safety issues and hazards so that any security system installation will be planned to reduce the risk of an accident or incident, and at the same time ensuring we follow all compliance.
Service & Maintenance
JM Security Systems provides for the needs of all clients, whether that be a basic bell-box alarm to a fully integrated system, that provides police response. Clients can consider a ‘pay-as- you go’ service, or a fully comprehensive contract that covers annual service and maintenance costs. Service and Maintenance Contracts can be an insurance requirement depending on the level of risk of your business.
When considering a regular service and maintenance contract, remember it is an essential product for ensuring your system works when you need it most – in an emergency.
Preventative Maintenance inspections may identify any potential problems before they occur and can be supported with a rapid, prioritised response, ensuring your building and people always stay safe.
All our service and maintenance work follow stringent quality control procedures and meets appropriate British Standards.
